Katherine, who has more than 20 years of capital markets compliance and regulatory experience, was most recently at Wells Fargo Securities, where she led the day-to-day compliance activities for the bank’s interest rates derivatives business – including oversight of controls, procedures, training and surveillance. “Katherine’s addition to the Derivative Path team represents our strong commitment to assisting financial institutions participating in the derivatives business.
