The opportunity:

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Business Development Analyst who will be responsible for outbound prospecting for new logos and qualifying inbound leads in a business-to-business capacity. The successful candidate will partner and collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams to generate qualified sales leads, set meetings, and yield new deal opportunities with C-suite level executives. Prospecting activities may encompass phone calls, emails, social media, and other marketing channels.

What you’ll do:

  • Qualify inbound leads
  • Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospective customers
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
  • Utilize Hubspot CRM to track and measure all sales activity
  • Schedule discovery meetings for account executives and senior sales leaders
  • Generate presentation material for prospective customer meetings

About you:

  • You are a great relationship builder and problem solver with a hunter mentality
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role


  • 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, International Business, or Economics preferred
  • Very strong communication, presentation, and writing skills, targeted towards C-suite level executives
  • Interest in capital markets, financial services, international business, and financial technology
  • Proud of the work you do and receptive to constructive feedback
  • Ability to work both remotely and in an office setting
  • Superior skills in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Experience meeting or exceeding set activity goals/quotas
  • Experience at a SaaS company in a similar capacity
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or other CRM platform
  • Prior experience working in banking or a basic understanding of the US banking landscape
  • Awareness of import/export and international trade activities
